- Account information: email, login/auth identifiers.
- Profile & preferences: onboarding choices (e.g., niche/goals), settings, reminders preferences.
- Content inputs: prompts, titles, descriptions, links (e.g., video URLs) and planning metadata you submit.
- Integrations data (if you connect TikTok/Instagram/YouTube): limited account identifiers and access tokens/permissions within the scopes you approve; performance/analytics data as allowed by the platform APIs.
- Usage & diagnostics: feature usage events, app interactions, crash logs, error logs, performance data, device/app information.
2) How We Use Information
We use information to:
- provide and operate the Service (analysis, recommendations, scripts, planning tools),
- run integrations you enable,
- process payments and manage subscriptions (where applicable),
- troubleshoot issues and provide customer support,
- prevent abuse/fraud and secure the Service,
- improve product quality and reliability (preferably via aggregated/de-identified analytics where feasible).
3) Sharing of Information

4) Integrations and Third-Party Platforms
If you connect TikTok/Instagram/YouTube, those platforms may process your data under their own policies. We do not control their rules, enforcement, or API changes.

We retain data as long as necessary to provide the Service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Some records (e.g., billing) may be retained as required by law.

- update/correct your account information,
- disconnect integrations (where available),

We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information. No system is 100% secure.

Broox is not intended for children under the minimum age required by applicable law in your region.
9) International Transfers
Your information may be processed in countries other than where you live (for example, where our providers operate). We take reasonable steps to protect data in such cases.

We may update this Privacy Policy. The latest version will be posted in the Service with a revised “Last updated” date.
