1) Definitions
- User: any person who uses the Service.
- User Content: content, links, text, prompts, metadata, and other materials you submit to the Service.
- AI Outputs: recommendations, scripts, plans, captions, and other outputs generated by the Service.
- Integrations: connections to third-party platforms (including TikTok, Instagram, YouTube) and other providers.
2) The Service
Broox provides AI-powered creator workflow tools including (where available) analysis, recommendations, scripts, planning, calendars, reminders, and content organization.
AI Outputs are provided for informational/productivity purposes only. They may be incomplete, inaccurate, or not suitable for your situation.
3) Eligibility
You must be legally permitted to use the Service in your jurisdiction and old enough to enter into a binding contract. If you are under the age of majority, you may use the Service only with a parent/legal guardian's consent.
4) Account and Security
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. You must notify us promptly of any unauthorized access or security breach.
We may suspend or terminate access if we reasonably believe you violated these Terms or your use poses risk to the Service, other users, or third parties.
5) Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- use the Service for illegal, harmful, fraudulent, or abusive activity;
- violate the rules/policies of connected platforms (TikTok/Instagram/YouTube) or attempt to circumvent them;
- upload malware or interfere with the Service;
- scrape, reverse engineer, exploit, or attempt unauthorized access to the Service;
- submit content you do not have the right to use.
6) User Content and License
You retain ownership of your User Content (to the extent you own it).
You grant Broox a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, process, reproduce, and display your User Content only as necessary to:
- provide the features you request,
- maintain and secure the Service,
- prevent abuse, and
- improve the Service (preferably in aggregated/de-identified form where feasible).
You represent and warrant you have all necessary rights to submit your User Content and connect any third-party accounts.
7) AI Outputs and No Performance Guarantee
Broox does not guarantee outcomes such as views, engagement, follower growth, reach, revenue, virality, or platform success. You are solely responsible for how you use AI Outputs and for any content you publish.
8) Third-Party Services and Social Integrations
Broox may integrate with third-party platforms and providers. Your use of those services is subject to their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party availability, policy/API changes, enforcement actions, or outages. Broox is not affiliated with or endorsed by TikTok, Instagram, or YouTube.
9) Paid Features, Subscriptions, Auto-Renewal
The Service may offer free and paid features, including subscriptions and one-time purchases (“Paid Features”). Pricing and billing terms are shown at checkout.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions may renew automatically at the end of each billing period unless canceled before renewal.
Cancellation
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future renewals, and you generally keep access until the end of the current paid period.
If available in your app version, you may cancel inside the app:
Settings → Subscription Management → Cancel.
10) Refunds
Unless required by applicable law, payments are generally non-refundable once paid access is provided. However, we may issue refunds in limited cases, such as:
- verified duplicate charge,
- verified billing error,
- verified technical access failure we cannot resolve within a reasonable time after you contact support and provide requested information.
To request help, contact support@broox.group with your account email, purchase date/amount, and any receipt/transaction details.
11) Intellectual Property
The Service, including software, design, branding, logos, templates, and underlying systems, is owned by Broox or its licensors. You receive a limited, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Service for your personal/internal use, subject to these Terms.
12) Disclaimer
The Service is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE”. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or that AI Outputs will be accurate or suitable.
13) Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Broox will not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the Service.
14) Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold Broox harmless from claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your User Content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or third-party rights/platform rules.
15) Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, to the extent permitted by applicable consumer protection laws. Disputes may be brought in courts of competent jurisdiction in the United States where permitted.
16) Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. The updated version will be posted in the Service with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
